How can I track my parcel? You will be notified via email or text as soon as your order leaves our warehouse!
Royal Mail will provide your parcel tracking number which you can use to follow your parcel's journey on their website.
You will also be notified via email of all delivery updates.
What delivery methods are available?

We will offer 7-10 day delivery within UK/ Europe. with Royal Mail, FedEx & Aramex


Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances, including potential custom delays and other unforeseeable occurrences, there might be variations in the expected timeframes for certain activities or deliveries.

How do I return my order for an exchange or refund? Orders must be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges can only be made for a different colour/size of the same style for unworn items.

Please make sure to include the returns form inside your parcel so that your return can be processed correctly without delay once it arrives with us.
We also advise to keep hold of your proof of postage with the tracking number used, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit without a postage receipt.

It may take up to 15 working days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse,
but often it's much quicker! Following this, you'll receive confirmation of your return via email.
